"Current Date" and Other Formulas in Transform Rules

Transform Rules can become a lot more powerful if we had the option to use more custom formulas in the transformation. Some specific scenarios that have come up for us that would be great to have:
- Set a field to Today's date or Today's date and time. (Like the Salesforce Today() an Now() functions)
- Basic calculations like adding, subtracting, multiplying using Salesforce fields
