The Subscription dashboard can be accessed using the dropdown arrow in the Org section (top status bar).
The subscription dashboard includes information about your current subscription, including the number of records used/available and the number of users used vs available.
In the upper right hand corner of the dashboard, you will find several buttons.
Upgrade Subscription allows you to change your subscription to a higher level in the event you have run out of available records.
Billing & Payments will transfer you to our secure payment portal where you can change or add a different payment method and download copies of your invoices.
